Remarks: Book was described as having "clean pages" - This was a flat out LIE! When I received the book there were alot of hi-lites throughout and there is no way that the seller didn't notice. When I emailed the seller, they responded quickly but they were no help at all (they wouldn't replace it or discount it). I will not be using this seller ever again.

Remarks: Cover was bent somewhat due to shipping. Not the fault of the seller, but possibly should put some support in shipping envelope to protect soft covered books.
