I am surprised that I am the very first person to write a review of this excellent book. I have read over 8 books in the subject area over the past few years and this one is by far the best. I give copies to my Expert Witness colleagues and exhort them to read it. Whenever they ask me an EW question, I ask them if they have read Lubet's book yet?
At $45, this one is a good buy. --jack
