Let me say this again. This is a comic book. Not a novel in the paperback text type. It's a dark horse brand comic. Not the traditional comic paper book but a short novel book. Colorful.
I'm playing the Dungeon Siege II game. I haven't played the very first game and thought it might be interesting to pick up what was described as a "paperback". You've been warned.
