I had a specific goal in purchasing this book, to learn to to import all kinds of documents in to Summation. It covered loading a transcript and that is all, in about 2 sentences. So it is a very basic book and didn't accomplish what I purchased it for. However, for someone with little to no experience with the Summation product this is a good user manual (too bad they dont include one with the software).
