Certainly one of the best cook books I own...great pictures on how to do certain dishes, its a lenghty book but perfect for a beginner in the cooking department...follow everything carefully and you will surprise yourself and yor guests !! Worth the money....

This book is great for me because it breaks down everything I need to know and never had a clue about when it comes to the kitchen. However, this book is not very helpful when trying to prepare a whole meal. There are no suggestions.
