I grew up on Enid Blyton books, and that's the reason I bought these series for my daughter. These books are captivating, keeps the reader engaged and the stories are short enough that the kids don't get distracted. My 7 yr old loves these books. I highly recommend it for independant readers who are not quite ready for the Nancy Drew books yet.

I recommend this book for parents who have naughty children. I found that it taught some rather good lessons for what could occur when one misbehaves. I'm sure you'll be satisfied by it.
