Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - A magican a crook?
The book I am reviewing is The Secret Agent on Flight 101. It is written by Franklin Dixon, an author from the 1950's. Its part of a series called The Hardy Boys. I think it deserves a five stars. I love it because Frank and Joe's dad disappears and the magician was wanted by the secret organization called SKOOL, but they didn't know. The book is about Frank, Joe, and their pal Chet traveling to Scotland because he has a castle there. They found their dad and captured everybody, but Hexton, the magician. Will they ever capture him? Read the book and find out. I'd recommend this book to people who like mysteries. Other books include The Hardy Boys series. That includes 58 books!

Rated by buyers 3 out of 5 stars - Not that bad.
Excellent atmosphere + average writing = 3 stars. Some consider this the worst of the original 58, I disagree. As others have said, there are a few things that aren't very believable, but if you can look past that this is definately worth reading. There is excellent atmosphere, and a geat scene where Frank, Joe & Chet are sneaking into Hexton's castle. 3 Stars.

Rated by buyers 1 out of 5 stars - As bad as a Hardy Boys book can get
The Secret Agent on Flight 101 is the worst of the original 58 Hardy Boys stories.
It was written to cash in on the secret agent craze of the mid-60s and finds Frank and Joe joining forces with SKOOL to fight the evil minions of UGLI.
There's plenty of frenzied, pointless action and inane dialog which do virtually nothing to further the rather thin plot.
Most Hardy Boys enthusiasts find this title laughably bad and you might just be able to enjoy it on a camp level.

Rated by buyers 2 out of 5 stars - Not as bad as Conventional Thinking
Most Hardy Boys enthuisiasts will tell you that this was their least favorite book in the series. And that the book is "disjointed" in it's writing. I do not quite agree. This is one of the worst in the series, but certainly not "THE" worst! I find it a book relatively easy to follow with a decent amount of action to it. The ending I found poorly written. There was a fair amount of interaction with the criminals. RATED C-

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - The Secret Book Review on Flight 101
I read an amazing book called Secret Agent on Flight 101. This book is part of a series of books known as The Hardy Boys.It all started when Frank Hardy, Joe Hardy, their dad Fenton Hardy, and their friend Chet Morton went to a magic show. After the show, they went back stage to see how the tricks were done. Hexton, the magician, showed them how he made a person disappear and reappear. Hexton made Fenton Hardy disappear, but he didnýt reappear! Then Hexton left. Frank, Joe, and Chet end up in Ireland as they search for their father. But are they on a wild goose chase and suspect the wrong person of kidnapping Fenton Hardy? Will Hexton take them prisoner too? To find, out read Secret Agent on Flight 101. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes mystery or action books. I liked this book because it has a lot of action and it keeps you guessing who kidnapped Fenton Hardy.
